Two and half years ago, the Raleigh Church of Christ was presented with the opportunity to serve at the Raleigh Women’s Center. The Raleigh Women’s Center serves the homeless women population of the city of Raleigh. This center provides them with three meals a day, various snacks, a place to shower, wash clothes, various physical items that may be needed, and limited health care. Once a month, on a Saturday, various members from the Raleigh Church of Christ attend the Raleigh Women’s Center and provide breakfast and Bible Study. This opportunity last approximately one hour and a half.
